Aaltech opened its doors in 2017, with the vision of providing expert care for luxury and performance vehicles. Our owner, Kaz Darehshori, has always been a car enthusiast and once his personal collection started growing, he realized the Grand Rapids area was lacking shops that specialized in luxury maintenance and custom work. He teamed up with his long-time friend and mechanic, Chris, to make the Aaltech vision a reality. Although the shop has a heavy focus on luxury vehicles and custom work, our mechanics are equipped to work on your classic truck or daily driver. Our mission is to help you have a safe, reliable drive whether it’s getting to work or heading to the track.

Kaz is a successful businessman with a passion for cars! In 2002 he opened his first business, a local chemical distribution company, and has since expanded into multiple business ventures. Aaltech is his passion project, stop in to see part of his collection displayed in the lobby

Chris is our head mechanic and has been with the company since it opened its doors in 2017. With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Chris loves a challenge and can handle anything we throw his way. He is an expert with Lamborghinis and Ferraris.
